The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower Project is a combination hotel, residential and retail high rise located on Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. The tower is designed to exceed 800 feet and to encompass 69 floors, making the Four Seasons Hotel the tallest building in South Florida.

The poor soil conditions in South Florida, running sand, cemented sand and limestone, combined with the extremely height load bearing requirements for a structure of this magnitude offered a unique challenge for the foundation design and installation.
