Foundation works for the new Four Seasons One Dalton in Boston

TREVIICOS has completed the foundation work at the new Four Seasons One Dalton located in Boston.
When completed, the building will stand nearly 755 feet and have 215 guest rooms at its base and 180 luxury condominiums above.
The tower rests on a number of load bearing elements (LBE) that were dug by TREVIICOS, using a hydromill, to depths exceeding 190 feet. Also installed were a combination of slurry walls and secant piles used to support three underground parking levels.
